While all items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines: DVD Player/Disc Cleaning Tips DVD players attract as much or more dust as the other electronics in our home. Be sure to dust with a microfiber cloth or electrostatic duster at least weekly, to keep your model running smoothly. The insides of our DVD player can get dirty and dusty too. A great tool is a DVD disc cleaner. This cleaner looks just like a disc with some extra little brushes on its surface. Some DVD cleaner kits even come with supplies to clean and modify scratches on your discs. If the DVD surface feels sticky or greasy, mix some baby shampoo in lukewarm water and use cotton or soft cloth to gently rub the CD surface with this solution. Make sure the CD is completely dry (no water drops) before putting it back in the jewel case. If there are fingerprint marks on the CD surface, dip a soft cloth in Isopropyl Alcohol/Ethanol/Methanol and gently wipe the surface. Never use a petroleum based solvent like Acetone as that will permanently damage the CD surface. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or misshipped item, please use the return label attached to your packing slip and mail it back to us for a prompt replacement. Proper Conditions for Return and Credit Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. How-To When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post. For your convenience, please use the label on the back of your packing slip.
