Mother O'Keeffe: The Other Georgia O'Keeffe-  60 min. Award winning documentary Directed and Produced by Richard Startzman of CineVision and Charlie Cullin. It is the story of Georgia O'Keeffe and her foster son Jackie Suazo. Jackie lived with O'Keeffe for 10 years and during that time she taught him how to paint. This film shows rare insights into O'Keeffe's life and investigates a controversial series of paintings called the "Canyon Suite" which were de-authenticated because many of the watercolors were painted either by Jackie Suazo or by Jackie and Georgia. Gulf War Syndrome: Aftermath of a Toxic Battlefield- 60min. 2005 Winner: The Telly Award: Best Documentary and 2 Videographer Awards, Best of Social Issues and Best Documentary.. Produced by Richard Startzman and Alison Johnson. The film explores the complex causes of Gulf War Syndrome. Distributed to all members of the U.S. Congress members, DOD, Veterans Administration, as well as the public.

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity: How Chemical Exposures May Be Affecting Your Health-  2004 three 90 min. videos in the series. MCS, Gulf War Syndrome and Environmental Illness are the subject of this feature length informative documentary series that depicts the cutting edge of medicine's understanding of these conditions. Resting In The River- 20 min video about organic farming of herbs on Marsha Mason's ranch in Abiquiu .The video concerns the detailed process of growing and harvesting medicinal herbs, with Marsha Mason explaining the importance of  the physical and spiritual care of these plants.

Building in the Sun- 28 min. The State of New Mexico, Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department with the collaboration of Jeff Klein and Associates and Cine Video Productions (Richard Startzman, Director) produced this video. The definitive video on Solar Energy Home Building Techniques for first place honors in the U.S. Department of Energy's (BEEP Award: Best Energy Education Promotion) 50 state competition on energy education. Directed, shot, & edited by Richard Startzman, the film is a humanistic and "low key" approach to energy education that appeals to Southwestern demographics.

New Mexicans Rehabilitating Historic Buildings: Success Stories-  Historic Preservation Division and Cine Video Productions completed production of a 35 minute video entitled: "New Mexicans Rehabilitating Historic Buildings: Success Stories"  The production called for regional travel to cultural properties, interviewing the owners in a "This Old House" format. The video not only takes the viewer on a tour of the historic building, but it is designed to inform the audience of the process and experience of Historic Preservation says producer/director Richard Startzman of Cine Video. HPD carefully chose rehabilitation projects that exemplified the process of "adaptive reuse" of historic buildings, meaning, changing the intended use of a building while maintaining the distinctive historic and architectural features.  Funding for the project came through HPD from the National Park Service. The video is intended to be distributed to individuals interested in doing their own historic preservation projects, builders, Realtors, mortgage bankers, tax accountants and others. The video will be available from HPD for purchase and loan. Award: Albuquerque Community Contribution Award 1998.

Produced in English and transcoded for worldwide distribution. It is the definitive reference video for this type of architectural preservation.

Totah: Land Where the Rivers Meet-  (An early history of the City of Farmington and the San Juan Basin) 28 min.  Produced and directed by Richard Startzman of Cine Video Productions and Don Heath of Visions West, the story of Farmington's early history is told by the old timers and locals of the area. Shot documentary style but stylized by editor Richard Startzman, the character of this little known town comes to life as a real and palatable community whose history still lives on today. Researched, narrated and written by Don Heath for the City of Farmington and the Farmington Museum's Educational Outreach Program.

City of Las Vegas- 10 min. Addy Award for editing was given to Richard Startzman for his part in creating this video about Las Vegas as an "old movie" town.

Baca Land Grant # 1- 12 min. Cine Vision produced an informational video on the acquisition of the Baca Land Grant by the federal government for both houses of the US Congress, and President Clinton. The land is now being considered for National Park status. Directed and edited by Richard Startzman.

Lynn Pickard Political Campaign-  30 sec. Spots Cine Vision produced 2 spots for Lynn Pickard, Lynn received more actual votes than President Clinton, largely due to the TV spot.

Cathy Roe's Dance Video Series-  Over 100 videos instructing the dance instructor on the fine points of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Lyrical dance. Directed and produced by Richard Startzman and Cathy Roe, national distribution, 11 teaching award certificates.
